Board members make regular inspections but it is important that residents report issues as well, for example - over watering or under watering issues, dead plants and trees etc.

Hello Valued Home Owners and residents,

We hope this messaged finds you and your families  well. 

The HOA is doing our best to keep everyone in the know.  Our property management website link to the right of this message, is the portal you should use for all communications, applications, meeting minutes, financials, dues, etc...  

Please note: This website is no longer updated and all forms and information is not current as of Sept. 2020   

We also encourage members to attend our Board of Directors and  Annual Meeting as we discuss many items in greater detail.   It also will give you a chance to interact with the board members to hear first hand what our board member  and committee volunteers.   Notices will be sent out by Spark Property via email.  Please ensure you are signed up by contacting Ian Brown at Spark Property


Safety Reminders
Please be reminded of these simple guidelines to help keep our neighborhood safe:
  1. Please watch your speed and observe the stop signs posted.
  2. Double check and lock all windows/doors in home and automobiles.
  3. Do not leave garage door openers or valuables in sight when parking on street or driveway
  4. Stop mail if leaving on long trip or ask neighbor to collect
  5. Set your alarm
  6. Use lights on timers
  7. Ask your neighbors to pull in your trash cans same day
  8. Report any suspicious vehicles or activity
  9. Contact Non-emergency line of Scotts Valley PD and advise if gone for long period and they can do a periodic check on your home.
  10. Ask your neighbor to pick up any door tags or packages while you are away.
