Important: If you notice any landscape items that need to be addressed in the neighborhood please use the form below to contact us. Board members make regular inspections but it is important that residents report issues as well, for example - over watering or under watering issues, dead plants and trees etc.

BOARD MEETINGS

The Vineyards Home Owners Association Board usually meets the third Thursday of each month. VINEYARD EVENTS
Events in the neighborhood such as the Halloween parade, the garage sale, Christmas party and street parties are organized by Vineyard residents. They are not officially organized by the home owners association.

Please help keep up these neighborhood traditions and celebrations by taking the initiative to organize these types of activities. We are happy to help get the word out, using this web site and our Vineyards email distribution list. Please contact Rene Keehn to submit your information.
